I got great value for my money at Baymont. The room was clean, with a nice desk and everything in working order. The location was convenient, close to the mall and restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe some more variety.

Easy parking--nice room-good breakfast

Our room had a musty smell and the carpets were damp.

The carpet is clean, the chair is tidy, and the second entrance is secure. The front desk staff provided a king non-smoking room instead of the double I booked online. Deep cleaning suggestion mentioned.

Nice location and friendly staff. Free continental breakfast was very good.

The bathroom was very small. The shower head had black mold all over it. I cleaned it with a toothbrush. I could hear in my room, when someone nearby ran water..very annoying.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the delicious and filling breakfast. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a working refrigerator/microwave in the room and a good-sized TV. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shopping options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt very safe during my stay.

Nothing could have been better.

The front desk staff was excellent...very efficient and professional. The Inn was nicely decorated and clean...looked like new carpeting.

The pillows were hard and left a lot to be desired.

Amenties are beter than other travel hotel. Staff is always on hand and friendly. Roms are clean. The hotel provides a real continetal breakfast fhat caters to it's traveling guest. Checkout time is the lastest of every where i've stayed which is excellent for me with my work schedule.

Air conditioner cold be colder

Friendly staff, clean and well-maintained. Able to work from room. Good TV, comfortable bed and pillows. Informative clerk, extra towels provided. Convenient location near shops and restaurants.

The staff was helpful, we had a defective tv so we were given a new room

Only comment is that upon checking in a Scott took a look at my aarp card and said he could give us a better deal than we booked via the internet what he quoted and what we actually received was at least a $40.00 difference than we received upon check out. I did not look at my bill until we were on our way the savings was only $10.00 But we would stay at the Baymont again

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to everything I wanted to do and right off the freeway. The cleanliness of the room was good, except for a few minor issues like the blinking microwave and a dripping tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-out process was smooth. The rates were also very affordable, which was a bonus.

For us, this hotel was ideal.

The hotel had several issues that detracted from the experience. Firstly, there were maintenance issues throughout the hotel, such as mold, chipped doors, and a small bathroom.

Price was reasonable and room comfortable.

The stopper in my tub was rusty and rust pored out, which looked nasty and was kind of a turn off. I am not using this as a complaint and did not complain to management but of course this affected my opinion. Here is my complaint about this survey — the entry said 4 questions.
